Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Rev Orchestra ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information in connection with our AI orchestrated GTM system building services. This policy applies to: clients who engage our services, site visitors who browse our website, prospects who book discovery calls, and team members who interact with systems we build.

Children

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child under 16, we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email, company name, current ARR range, and GTM challenge description when you fill out our contact form or book a call. We also collect usage data through cookies and analytics (page views, session duration, referral source) to improve our website experience.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (1) respond to discovery call requests and qualify leads, (2) deliver our GTM system building services, (3) send you The Orchestra newsletter if you subscribe, (4) improve our website and services, and (5) comply with legal obligations.

Data We Access During Projects

During a client engagement, we access your existing tools (CRM, email platform, enrichment tools) solely to build and configure your GTM system. We do not export, copy, or retain your business data, contact lists, or customer information. All work is performed inside your own tool instances.

Guardrails & Security

We implement guardrails on all AI agent actions to prevent unintended behaviour. Role based access control (RBAC) ensures team members only access what they need. All agent actions are logged with a full audit trail. We use encrypted connections for all tool integrations.

Third Party Services

We use the following third party services: Cal.com (scheduling), Kit/ConvertKit (newsletter), Vercel (hosting), and analytics tools. Each operates under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Project related access to your tools is revoked upon project completion and handover.

Your Rights

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, withdraw consent for newsletter communications, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated revision date.
